Ann and I had such a great experience working with Jimmy & Karen when we sold our house. We found a new house and needed to get our house on the market quickly, but also get top dollar. Jimmy & Karen met with us, assessed our house and provided clear ideas of how to prepare our house to be listed. They gave us suggestions of some small things (decluttering and fixing a few minor things) that would allow us to get a higher sale price for our home. They helped us stage our house using the furniture/decor we had. Karen is a gifted photographer and took wonderful pictures of our home for the listing, as well as enlisting a drone service for ariel photos. Once our house went on the market, we had immediate and steady showing scheduled. Ashley was referred to me by a realtor I used previously, but had since moved out of state. My mom and I needed to sell her house, as she is moving into a new build. This is an easy review to write. We met Karen from an open house. She was friendly, organized and helpful. We were still in the early stages of making the decision to move. She followed up with us but did not hound us. She listened to what we wanted. I appreciated her laid back and friendly approach sending us listings regularly.that could be of interest to us. If she didn't know the answer immediately she found out the answer and let us know in a timely fashion. She was always available to arrange and meet with us for showings when we came to town. We put in an offer on a home and then changed our minds. She gracefully handled it with the sellers agent. When we did find another home to place an offer, she was willing to write it for what we wanted but was there to counsel us if we wanted it. She helped us get pre approved early in the process so when it was time write the offer we had the ground work already in place. She was also helpful in recommending an inspector and lawyer. Buying a home is almost always stressful but Karen's communication skills and attentiveness went a long way to reduce any frustrations. One of my favorite things working with Karen is she made it fun. She's highly competent and caring. I would recommend her to anyone. We also had the privilege of meeting her husband, Jimmy, and thoroughly enjoyed him as well.
